the past 6 weeks with both daily and weekly RSI at 62 & 67 and daily macd
converging downwards. Co is currently operating at full capacity and has had
to give up a number of sizeable orders limiting immediate revenue growth as
management has guided for the completion of two new plants only in end 2015.
Trades at 14.6x FY16 PER vs 7.1x 5-year historical average, we recommend to
Take Profit with possible buy back at RM3.60 (12.3x FY16 PER).

Stock has been hit by sluggish
markets especially in the gaming & plantations divisions and delay in FOX
theme park which we feel, are priced in. Genting currently trades at a very
attractive 39% discount to SOP (RM11.94), 14x PER FY16 vs 5-year average of
19.2x with technicals looking attractive – RSI @ 40 and trading above 10,30
& 50 day MAs. Probable catalysts include passing of Japan’s Casino Bill
by year-end with an extraordinary Parliamentary session expected, recovery in
CPO and crude prices, waived visa requirement for tourists from China.
Accumulate on weakness with an immediate TP of RM8.14 on 15.7x FY16.
