Group is an established pure play
construction solutions provider with a strong orderbook of over RM4.3bn that
will provide earnings visibility for at least the next 2-3 years. Sunway is
also a good proxy to infrastructure works in the country 1) as it already has
a strong track record in viaduct packages following jobs from MRT1, 2) strong
contender for facilities packages for LRT3, 3) PTMP connecting Komtar to the
Penang Airport 4) Sunway BRT corridors. Currently group is trading below
peers at only 11.6x PE for FY16 vs peers at 14x. Yield 3% with a 35% div
policy. Group’s share price remain resilient amongst these choppy markets.
Suggest a BUY on weakness between RM1.08-1.15 with a TP of RM1.40 based on
14x PE.

Share price rose 25% and peaked at RM2.50
since our call on the 26/8 after price fell below the RM1.90 level following
its weaker set of results due to provisions. While there are no changes to
fundamentals, technical charts reveals limited upside as the MACD turned
negative yesterday and RSI currently overbought at 80%. Suggest a Take Profit
stance and a buy back around the RM2.00 – RM2.05 level which carries a 6%
yield and 5x PE.
