With the acquisition of Platinum Sentral (PS)
completed, company’s asset under management has ballooned to RM1.6bn.
Although majority of assets are offices, over half of the asset value is
backed by quality offices such as PS and Wisma Technip. MRCB and Quill Capita
Trust also have plans to inject at least RM1bn in assets every year. Ready
assets include Menara Shell, Ascott Sentral, Plaza Alam Sentral, Sooka
Sentral, and Kompleks Sentral. EPF being the largest s’holder of MRCB could
possibly injects assets as well. Current borrowings are 100% fixed rate. Div
yield is relatively attractive at 7%. Accumulate with TP: RM1.34

Share price has been consolidating at RM1.50
lvl (200MA) for past month since retracing from high of RM1.65 in Jan. Share
price appears poise to test the double bottom neckline of RM1.55 with
potential upside of 8sen (RM1.62). This would also clear its downtrend line.
Bulk of YTLPOWR stems from overseas and is expected to benefit from the
weaker RM. Given the delay in power projects in Malaysia, extension to the
local IPP remains a possibility. Trading Buy with TP: RM1.80
