has consolidated well at current levels for past 8 weeks which looks
attractive for accumulation. With the recent shareholders’ approval obtained
(RM2.65b), Co is poised to proceed full steam ahead to capitalize on
Malaysia’s downstream sector in its Pengerang projects – storage facility and
LNG regasification plant. Further upside seen with Phase 1 terminal expected
to be fully operational by 4Q’15 and the RM2.5b EPCC works commencing 4Q’15
should contribute to earnings until 2Q’18. Co is on track to build its
long-term recurring income stream. Trading at just 27.9x FY16 PER vs 3-year
historical average of 50.5x; Accumulate.

has done well having gained an impressive 16% over the past 3 months with RSI
overbought at 64. The USDA has forecasted soybean (SBO) supplies to rise in
2015 to 47.4m tons which is a negative for CPO prices which have a >90%
correlation with SBO prices. Also, CPO for biodiesel remains uncompetitive vs
current crude oil prices further limiting demand for CPO. Stock trades at a
premium valuation with FY16 PER of 20.9x vs average of Msian peers of 17.2x.
