Share
price retraced 24% from its recent high of RM1.13 on weaker overall
sentiments towards the o&g sector and has built a base around current
levels. Fundamentals are intact as its recent win of the PIG trap system from
Petronas Carigali brings its orderbook to RM2.0b and will provide earnings
visibility for the group until 2018. Tenderbook is approx RM600mil excluding
the Arab Saudi projects. Earnings from its on-going EPCC will also
continue to see higher EBITDA margins over the next year as the admin
expenses are front loaded. Currently trading at 8.3x for FY15 and 7x for
FY16. RSI at 37%, MACD is pending a golden cross. Breakout neckline seen at
RM0.885 with a TP closer to RM1.00 psychological resistance. Trading BUY on
bottoming technicals.

Group emerged as a formidable
player in the railway construction after winning the Ampang LRT line ext in
2012. Currently group’s o/b stood at RM1.5b which will provide earnings
visibility for the next 2-3 years; tenderbook of approx RM12bil including packages
in the Msia –SG HSR and LRT3 which connects Klang to Dsara. Gkent along with
JV partner MRCB are tendering to be the PDP for the LRT3 (outcome by June).
Valuation appears cheap at only 10x PE vs peers of 15x. p/b is 1.3x book.
Strong Balance Sheet as group is net cash of 168mil or RM0.56 as of July
2014. Div yield of 5.5%. Technicals formed a double bottom with a breakout
neckline of RM1.28 and immediate tp of RM1.37. Trading BUY.
