has gained 25.5% over the past 6 months with RSI @ 66.8 and macd cutting
downward. Excluding a one-off revenue contribution from the development of
Menara MBM, net profit was down 24.7% YoY and 47.5% QoQ on weaker associate
contributions and lower margins as car dealers cleared old inventories
pre-GST. With headwinds expected in light of weaker consumer sentiment,
higher interest rates and lack of immediate catalysts, we would advocate a
Take Profit at these levels (9.7x FY16 PER vs 7.8x 5-yr historical average)
with buyback at RM2.80 (7.8x FY16).

Share price has declined 14% Ytd
presenting a good opportunity to postion into Digi with technicals indicating
an oversold position (RSI @ 36). With expectations of the low frequency
spectrum refarming to be awarded in 2H15, we feel Digi is the prime
beneficiary due to its strategy to capitalize on low to mid income markets
which is under penetrated. Furthermore, we like Co’s an Internet focused
company especially with growing smartphone penetration and low penetration in
the LTE segment (33%) which present good growth opportunities. Trades at just
19.9x FY16 PER (vs 24.1x 5 yr historical average) and 5.2% yield – Accumulate
(TP: RM6.48, 23x FY17 PER).
