following worsening of MERS coronavirus in Korea amid favourable
macro-conditions such as stronger USD & lower raw mat pxs. However, we
see this as an opp to sell & switch into other names as it trailed its
peers in terms of cap expansion esp in the lucrative nitrile seg. Valuation
appears fairly valued @ 17x FY15 & 15x FY16. Suggest a switch to SUPERMX
(PE 10.8x FY16) & KOSSAN (3 yr CAGR 23%) which hs a healthier trading
momentum following the outbreak of MERS as well as a solid grwth story coming
fm its new plant commissioning & more cap expansion.

visibility for at least nxt 2 yrs, this prominent Swak contractor is still
gunning fr several Hi profile projects, namely Phase 2 Kuching Centralized
Wastewater System (RM0.8b), Pan Borneo Hway (RM27b) & various infra
projects under SCORE which is exp to be rolled out thruout 2015. We also like
the grp for its healthy constr margins (14%~ vs ind avg EBIT margin of
7%), strong bal sheet w net cash of 28c/share & div yld of 2.6%. MACD
pending a golden cross. Currently trading @ an undemanding 10x FY 16
PE, we reiterate our Accum call w TP of RM2.30 based on 13x PE FY16.
