Despite news of major sholder
possible sale share price saw strong support at 1.82 lvl n has consolidated
well over past 2 months w weekly MACD appearing to turn up. Possible entry of
foreign party would be +ve for Tuneins. Recent 1Q earnings were partly
impacted by QZ8501 incident. Moving forward, profit contribution from
ventures in Thai n Middle East is expected to gather momentum while there are
signs passenger growth has recovered since Feb. CAGR for next 2 yrs is 14%.
Currently trades at 14.33xFY16 PER vs Average PE of 19x. Accumulate with TP:

support line of RM2.30 since hitting a high of RM2.58 in April. Suria has
received DO for Jesselton Quay with planned launch in 3Q. This yr Suria
signed another JV w Gabungan AQRS with approvals by end 2015. These 2
projects has est GDV of RM4bn with Suria entitled to approx. RM500m. Given
its net cash position and strong CF from port business we advocate an
accumulate call. TP: RM3.50
