Group is one of the best
performing contractors for MRT1 & is expected to clinch one or more of
the 10 above-ground civil work packages for MRT2 which has called for tender
at end October. IJM, which has secured RM2.8b contract from West Coast
Expressway (WCE), will also be tendering for the remaining packages worth
RM2.2b in Jan'16 & is likely to secure a significant portio of the
contracts. Earnings are expected to pick up in the quarters ahead as it has
started work on WCE since August together with the Kuantan Port Phase 1
expansion. Trading currently at the lower end of its range provides a low
risk entry level for the stock. Accumulate (TP: RM3.68)

Accumulate KNM as it is
technically attractive & from positive news flows of job wins in the
next few quarters. Its weekly macd has already turned positive which normally
signifies a rising trend for easily the next 3 months, coupled with a
potentially bullish flag pattern on the daily chart. KNM has secured
contracts worth RM1b in 6 months & RM2b since 2H14, and is tipped to be a
beneficiary from the contract flows from RAPID and its diversification into
the renewable energy (RE) sector where RE EPCC jobs are expected to be strong
in Malaysia & the region. The increased recurring income from its
recently acquired Thailand RE plant & eventuallythe Peterborough Energy
Park will trigger a rerating of KNM. Accumulate (TP: RM0.65)
