YTL (RM1.50) - Group is one of the cheapest
of conglomerates at only 11.5x FY 17 PE vs its 7 year average of 13x; p/b of
1.0x vs average of 1.4x. Group also has the highest yield amongst the CI with
6.3% yield which is sustainable supported by its cashpile of RM14b. Key
re-rating catalyst for the group is the rolling out for the KL-SG HSR that is
expected to open tenders within months. Group is also one of the more
experienced candidates bidding for the proj (given its previous involvement
in the ERL). Additional earning growth will come from the defensive power
division & its cement division. Weekly and Daily MACD turning up with a
potential breakout above RM1.50. Accumulate.

Ikhmas (RM0.705) – Propects remain bright for
the group given its strong track record in the public sector especially ahead
of 2016 where we expect more 11MP projects to be rolling out. Some of the key
projects group would be tendering for are SUKE DUKE 2 EKVE, MRT2, LRT3 ext.
Group currently has an orderbook of RM450mil which would keep the group busy
for the next year. Tenderbook stood at RM3bn. Currently only trading at 8x PE
for FY16 vs 13x construction avg. Chart appears bullish as it forms a flag
pattern with a potential breakout to RM0.88 if it breakout from RM0.715. MACD
pending golden cross & volume surge. Trading BUY.
