Stock appears to have hit strong
resistance at the RM2.98-RM3.05 levels exhibiting a triple top reversal
pattern coupled with toppish daily & weekly RSIs at 66 & 62
respectively whilst trading in its upper Bollinger Band. We feel this is an
opportune time to Trim in light of the current
political and economical uncertainties in the country. Its growth drivers are
new activities with unproven track records, thereby making forecasts
difficult which does not justify its premium valuations of 48.8x FY15 PER vs
5-yr forward of 26x.

Price has retraced c42% YTD with
strong support seen at current levels. We reckon this is an opportune time to
accumulate an undervalued stock as it trades at only 7.1x PER and 1.2x p/bk
(vs 5 yr historical average of 8.6x PER & 1.6x p/bk) supported by a 6-8%
dividend yield. With a RM3.5bn order book consisting of long term contracts,
we see earnings visibility moving forward. Furthermore, in a low oil px
environment, we expect to see Oil Cos focusing on improving operational
efficiency which benefits DELEUM especially well maintenance and services.
Accumulate on weakness. (TP: RM1.71 on 9.3x FY17 PER).
