As OCK moves closer to finalising
a contract to build 900 towers from Telenor Myanmar, Co is further cementing
itself as an independent ASEAN tower company in the longer term. Recently
reported 3Q results were also very positive as both top and bottom lines rose
75% and 63% YoY respectively. Share price looking bullish as it trades above
all short term moving averages having recently crossed above the 100 day
moving average and MACD cutting upwards. Trades at 10x fwd PER with a 3-yr
earnings CAGR of 39%; Buy with a TP of RM1.00.

Share price has consolidated well
at current levels with strong support seen at
RM0.81 and volume noticeably gaining momentum.
RSI has been flat @ 40 with daily macd ticking upwards with a golden cross in
sight. As Co doesn’t have any ongoing contracts with Nestle, we feel the risk
of revenue loss is nil, further mitigated by its diversified clientele base.
Futhermore, Co is a direct beneficiary of the TPP from the expected surge in
trade. Trades at 10x fwd PER and 5% yield; Buy
with a TP of RM0.97.
