price has consolidated well providing a good opportunity to invest in a
growth stocks. Technical indicators exhibiting bullish signals with stock
trading above all ST & LT moving averages and daily macd converging
positively. Having achieved financial close (subject
to 2 qualifications which Co expects to clear by Jan’16) to its US$1.87bn
Vietnam coal fired power plant, we believe Jaks is very much on-track to
unlocking more value with construction expected to begin in 1Q’16. Further catalysts include possible order book
replenishment (current OB cRM635m) of more local construction projects and
monetizing of its shopping mall. We see attractive value with stock only
trading at 5.3x FY17 PER & 0.7x FY17 p/b; Buy.

We
see attractive risk-reward profile following a c11% correction over the past
month providing a good window to accumulate an undervalued construction
big-cap. We feel earnings risk from property division could be limited having
reported 30% YoY jump in 4Q’15 supported by RM1.3bn unbilled sales providing
earnings visibility. Catalysts include newsflow from MRT2 ahead of physical
works by mid-2016 and orderbook replenishment from LRT3, Pan-Borneo Highway,
Southern rail double tracking and High Speed Rail. Trades at 12.7x FY17 PER
vs 18.1x historical average and a decent 2.95% yield. RSI @ 41 cutting
upwards, macd converging positively and trading at lower end of Bollinger
band; Accumulate.
