KSL (RM1.66) The property index which has been
battered for the most of 2015 finally begun to show a sustainable rebound
since late Aug. KSL remains one of the cheapest plays into this recovery with
their ability to price their products more competitively compared to peers
targeting the affordable segment particularly in the saturated Johor market.
The build up of investment assets has also expanded their recurring income
base to now more than 25% of group profits. Trading at 5.6x PE and 6.8% yield
we recommend accumulate with a target of 7x PE or RM2.08.
